1. Booking & Payment

This event operates on a “pay what you can” basis. All payments are final and non-refundable.
By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Arrival & Participation

Please arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted once activities have started.
Activities (yoga, sound bath, African dance with drumming) are led by qualified instructors.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. By attending, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to take part.
This is an LGBTQI+ friendly and anti-racism space. We celebrate diversity and are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.

3. Health & Safety

Inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before participating.
If unsure about suitability, consult your healthcare provider before attending.
This event is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

4. Liability

You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the event.
The organisers, instructors, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

5. Personal Belongings

Keep personal belongings safe. The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

6. Code of Conduct

Respect the space, instructors, and other participants.
Follow all instructions for safety and group harmony.
Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. Programme Changes & Venue

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event programme, timings, or instructors if necessary. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
The venue may change for reasons beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.

8. Photography & Promotion

Photos or recordings may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you do not wish to appear in any media.
